Our deal is performance based. As you scale your spend, we make more — and you only ever scale it when it's working. So we don't need ten shops in your city. We need one shop that grows.

When we take your territory, we lock it. 20-mile radius. We've turned away shops four times the size of a client because we'd already signed someone local.

What does it cost?

Total investment runs between $5,000 and $10,000 a month depending on which system you run. That includes your ad budget, which goes directly to Google and Meta — we never touch it and never mark it up. Full breakdown is in the video.

Is there a contract?

No. Everything is month to month. If we're not getting it done, you walk, and everything we've built is yours to keep.

How much ad budget do I need?

$100/day minimum. Below that the auction won't give you priority on the searches that actually pay.

How fast does it go live?

Usually 5 to 7 days from the kickoff call.

Do you work with other shops in my area?

No. One shop per market, 20-mile radius, locked for as long as you're with us.

Do you only do Google?

No. Google captures the trucks that are already broken down and searching. Paid social builds the brand with fleet decision-makers who aren't searching yet. Most shops end up running both.

What if I've been burned before?

Fair. That's why every call your ads generate is recorded and scored, so you see which calls were real work and what each real job cost you. If it isn't working, you'll know in week two, not month six.
